1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Qyra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Qyra extension or services.
2. Description of Service
Qyra is a Chrome extension that scans POS reports, invoices, vendor credits, checks, and bill payments. It extracts transaction data and syncs it to QuickBooks Online at your direction. Qyra is a software tool and does not provide accounting advice.
3. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information when registering for an Qyra account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Qyra subscription plans are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Partial month refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to Stripe's payment policies. Continued access is subject to timely payment.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data scanned and synced to QuickBooks. Qyra assists with document extraction and transaction mapping, but you must verify that synced entries are correct. Qyra is not an accountant and does not replace professional financial advice.
6. Data & Privacy
Qyra processes financial and account data on your behalf. Please review the Privacy Policy at /privacy. Qyra uses encryption and secure storage to protect your data, but you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.
7. Intellectual Property
Qyra and its branding, extension, and website are owned by Qyra. You retain ownership of your financial data and content. Use of Qyra does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the Qyra software.
8. Limitation of Liability
Qyra is not liable for any incorrect financial data, sync errors, or QuickBooks discrepancies. You should verify all entries before relying on them for accounting or tax purposes. Qyra is provided as-is and without warranties beyond those required by law.
9. Termination
Qyra may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account or subscription at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to cancellation.
10. Changes to Terms
Qyra may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
